Defensive Driving Courses
Snowplow Safety
METROGARD’s 45-minute interactive presentation is developed on the success of the well-known defensive driving based concepts introduced by the National Safety Council. This training module is geared specifically for public works operations.
The “coaching series” is intended to offer experienced drivers & maintenance equipment operators an opportunity to gain additional insight to enhance their defensive driving knowledge when operating with a plow.
The main thrust is to offer tips and concepts of defensive driving to remind drivers to use when encountering a potential accident.
The module also assists in introducing new techniques that will assist your drivers to “fine-tune” their respective collision-prevention skills.
