Overview
METROGARD’s
Risk Control
(RC)
department strives to identify workplace hazards and provide training in support
of our clients’ own safety efforts to reduce or eliminate these loss sources. We
feel this is part of our overall responsibility to you, our customer.
METROGARD
RC
has a variety of on-site defensive driving courses
based around the National Safety Council’s Defensive Driving - “Coaching
Series”. These training courses are not intended to train new drivers; they are
geared for individuals who have years of driving experience. The courses are
designed to remind drivers of defensive driving techniques that should be used
to make good decisions in attempts to avoid accidents. Also, these sessions will
introduce new techniques that will help drivers to fine-tune their
collision-prevention skills.
Courses are customized and
can be designed to run between 1 to 3 hours in length.
There
is no charge to METROGARD
customers.
