The topics of water damage, fire, smoke, odor and mold has become a major concern to our program members and to the insurance industry in general. Every day we are hearing reports of another school or town hall facing large costs and or opening delays to deal with these problems.

This Metrogard / A. R. S. Services Seminar will shed light on being prepared for recovery from disaster. This is a value-added seminar and is free of charge to all current Metrogard policy holders.

When should you test for Mold?

There are various ways to determine when an inspection for mold may be initiated. One is a result of an intentional discovery, another as a result of an incidental discovery such as when emergency services or repairs are being made in a building. When multiple trades are working at a job site opportunities to encounter unexpected mold growth exist. Industry standards help identify when testing may be appropriate, Dan will discuss when an independent inspection and tests should be considered.
