This seminar is presented to your
town's department heads at your site. This gives you the advantage of not having to
travel to a regional location and gives us a chance to review your claims and tailor
the presentation to your town. Ken's presentation takes about one hour. There is
no cost for a Metrogard or Diplomax policy holder.
It is recommended that Department
Heads and those in departments that handle claims attend this seminar and learn
how best to assist the adjusters. Please use the guide above to determine who
from the town and/or school administration could most benefit from attending the
seminar.
