Casualty Claims Manager - Keith P. Daleb, CPCU
Keith has 15 years of experience handling and supervising personal and commercial casualty claims. Keith was a Casualty Supervisor for Great American’s Municipal and School Programs before coming to Massamont in January of 2000. A graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration, Keith has also earned his Associate in Claims (AIC) from the Insurance Institute of America and his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. kdaleb@massamontinsurance.com
Property Claims Supervisor - Gary S. Manley
Gary has been field adjusting and supervising property claims for the past 18 years. Prior to joining Massamont in January 2001 he was a partner, property claims manager and general adjuster for one of the largest independent adjusting firm in New England. In this capacity he handled large claims of varying complexity, including municipal claims for various insurance companies. He was also responsible for the supervision and training of 45 adjusters. Casualty Claims Supervisor - Michael J. Roche
Michael has 14 years of experience in the P & C claims field. He worked as an independent adjuster for Norfield Associates, Inc., in various capacities as field adjuster, claims examiner and branch manager. He has worked for Great American Insurance Company as a Senior Claims Specialist and Supervisor, handling a wide variety of General Liability, Business Auto and Law Enforcement Liability claims focusing on serious bodily injuries. Claims Counsel - Peter G. Archangeli
Peter has 14 years of experience handling complex litigation claims. Prior to joining Massamont, Peter worked in Great American’s Municipal and School Programs handling professional liability losses. He has also worked at The Travelers and USF&G in high-exposure, litigation management positions, and was Claims Manager for Risk International Services, a claims consulting and risk management firm. Peter graduated from Penn State University with a B.A. in Speech Communication, and received his J.D. from the University of Connecticut. Claims Attorney - Daniel S. Morrison
Dan has 14 years of experience in the Property & Causality industry. Before joining Massamont, Dan enjoyed success in a technical and management capacity for major carriers including CNA and Nationwide Insurance. Dan graduated with a B.A. in History and a minor in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts. Senior Litigation Specialist - Peter M. Roxo
Peter has 19 years experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry. He has worked for major carriers in both a technical and management capacity. Most recently, Peter spent five years with Great American where he was responsible for the investigation, evaluation, negotiation and resolution of complex school and municipal liability claims. These claims involved exposures under the Public Officials, Educator’s Legal and Law Enforcement Liability coverages. Donna has 24 years of casualty claims experience. Claims Specialist - Kenneth J. Wood
Ken brings 20 years of claims experience to the Metrogard/Diplomax Insurance Programs. After receiving a B.A. in Communications with a minor in English from Bridgewater State College in 1986, he trained with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and then served as an independent adjuster with Custard Insurance Adjusters and Allied Adjustment Service. Ken served as both a technical specialist as well as a Branch Manager for Allied. Since joining the Metrogard/Diplomax staff in 2000 he has developed the Municipal Claims Seminar and is available to present it in towns throughout New England. kwood@massamontinsurance.com
